2Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention, in accordance with FRS 105, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime, and the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006. Sterling is the company's functional and presentation currency. Figures are presented to the nearest pound, with exact half-pound amounts rounded to the nearest even pound.

Other accounting policies
Going concern
At the reporting date the company had net liabilities of GBP 1,215. Current creditors include GBP 4,504 owed to the director. The accounts use the going-concern basis, taking account of the director's stated intention to provide funding to meet the company's bills for at least twelve months from approval. Meeting the company's obligations depends on the availability and sufficiency of this support. The stated support is an intention and is not an irrevocable guarantee.
