These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

Directors advances, credits and guarantees
Advances totalling £94,550 were made to a company Director during the year. These advances have no fixed terms for repayment. Interest is charged on outstanding amounts till repaid at 3.75% pa. The advances were repaid on 6/4/26 and 1/9/26.
