Directors' report period ended 31 December 2025

The directors present their report with the financial statements of the company for the period ended 31 December 2025

Principal activities of the company

Principal activities The Company remained dormant throughout the financial year. It did not trade, generate income, deliver services or undertake operational community activities during the reporting period. The Company's intended principal activity is the development and delivery of "Inspiring Steps" - supporting young people through leadership qualifications, training, mentoring and structured volunteering opportunities within sport and physical activity. The programme is intended to build confidence, develop transferable skills and enable young people to contribute positively to their communities. Future plans The directors intend for the Company to become active during 2026, subject to securing appropriate funding, resources, governance arrangements and delivery partnerships. Preparatory discussions have included engagement with the Hertfordshire Sport and Physical Activity Partnership about the potential development and delivery of Inspiring Steps. If activity commences, the initial focus will be on establishing the delivery model, confirming partnership responsibilities, implementing safeguarding and monitoring arrangements, and creating opportunities for young people to gain recognised leadership skills and undertake supported volunteering. Small companies provision This report has been prepared in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime within Part 15 of the Companies Act 2006.
