COMMUNITY INTEREST ANNUAL REPORT

LEO'S CIRCUS C.I.C.

Company Number: 13227944 (England and Wales)

Year Ending: 28 February 2026

Company activities and impact

We ran a free open day to the local community where kids and adults could come and try circus out for themselves. This helped the community to improve their physical and mental wellbeing and provided specialist circus training to those who might not be able to afford it. It also helped encourage togetherness and community relations after a time of isolation.

Consultation with stakeholders

The company’s stakeholders are Alexandra Leo and Nazish Butt. Stakeholders have met up monthly to discuss the general feedback for how we can continue to serve the community. In response to the feedback, we have begun to create more projects that are focussed on helping disadvantaged kids. For this, we are now looking for funding that will help us to achieve these new aims.
