1. General Information

CADOGAN ADVISORY LTD is a private company, limited by shares, incorporated in England and Wales, registered number 13493038. The registered office is Flat 11 128 - 148 High Street, London, E13 0AP, England.

2. Accounting Policies

Basis of preparation
These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with FRS 105 The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime and the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 as applicable to companies subject to the micro-entities regime. The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention.

Tangible fixed assets
Tangible fixed assets are stated at cost less accumulated depreciation. Depreciation is provided so as to write off the cost less estimated residual value of each asset over its expected useful life.

Pension costs
The company operates a defined contribution pension scheme. Contributions are charged to the profit and loss account as they become payable.

3. Average Number of Employees

Average number of employees, including directors, during the year was: 1 (2024: 1)

4. Dividends

Dividends of £8,197 were paid during the period to Mr M Veronese.

5. Advances, Credit and Guarantees Granted to Directors

Advances of £8,197 were made to a director during the period and were cleared in full by the balance sheet date.

For the year ending 31 December 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its accounts for the year in question in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The director acknowledges their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

The director has chosen not to deliver to the registrar a copy of the company’s profit and loss account in accordance with section 444(5A) of the Companies Act 2006. These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
