1 Statutory information
Jotme Limited is a private company, limited by shares, registered in England and Wales, registration number 13820794. The registered office is 124 City Road, LONDON, EC1V 2NX, ENGLAND.
2 Director's advances, credit and guarantees
Mitsutaka SHIRASU, a director, has a loan account with the company which is unsecured, interest free and repayable on demand. At 1 January 2025 the company owed the director £13,281. During the year the company repaid £19,517 to the director and the director paid in £6,941. In addition, the director's remuneration of £20,000 was paid without deduction of PAYE and National Insurance of £2,080, which has been charged to his loan account. At 31 December 2025 the director owed the company £1,375 (2024: £13,281 owed by the company to the director).

For the year ending 31 December 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies. The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The director acknowledges his responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and FRS 105, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime. The accounts have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime. The profit and loss account has not been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
