Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
Monetary amounts are stated in pounds sterling and rounded to the nearest pound.
On incorporation on 11 December 2024, the company allotted one ordinary share with a nominal value of £1 for consideration of £1, none of which was paid.
At 31 March 2026, the company's statement of capital comprised 7,500 A ordinary shares with an aggregate nominal value of £0.10, 2,000 B ordinary shares with an aggregate nominal value of £0.10 and 500 C ordinary shares with an aggregate nominal value of £0.10. The total aggregate nominal value was £0.30 and the total aggregate amount unpaid was £1.
Going concern
At 31 March 2026 the company had net liabilities of £41,512. The directors intend to keep the company available while they consider its future. Having considered the company's plans and the funding available to it, the directors consider that the company has realistic means of meeting its liabilities as they fall due for at least twelve months from the date the financial statements are authorised for issue. The financial statements have therefore been prepared on the going concern basis.
