2. Director's advances, credits and guarantees

As at the year end 31 December 2025 the balance owed to Marc McDaid was £181 (2024 £21,979 debit)

For the year ending 31 December 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

Director's responsibilities:
