Notes to the Accounts
1.
Debtors of £6,000 (2020: £6,000) represents the amount owed to Xerox (UK) Limited which has confirmed that the amount will not be required to be repaid in the foreseeable future.
2.
At 31 December 2025 and 2024 the authorised share capital of Bessemer Trust Limited consisted of 5,000 Ordinary Shares of £1 each and 5,000 Cumulative Preference Shares of £1 each; the issued and fully paid share capital consisted of 5,000 Ordinary Shares of £1 each and 5,000 partly paid Cumulative Preference Share of £1 each.

The Company has not traded and has received no income and incurred no expenditure the financial year. Consequently, the Company has made neither a profit nor a loss during the year.

The Company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Xerox (UK) Limited, a company incorporated and registered in England and Wales. The ultimate holding company is Xerox Holdings Corporation, a company incorporated in New York State, United States of America.
