For the year ending 31 December 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
The company has taken advantage of section 444(1) of the Companies Act 2006 and opted not to deliver to the registrar a copy of the company's Profit and Loss Account.

Notes to the Financial Statements
1. General Information
Panam Chalu Limited is a private company, limited by shares, incorporated in England & Wales, registered number 12346560 . The registered office is Ayton Road, Wymondham, Norfolk, NR18 0QH.
2. Accounting Policies
2.1. Basis of Preparation of Financial Statements
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 102 section 1A Small Entities "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" and the Companies Act 2006.
2.2. Going Concern Disclosure
The Group meets its day to day working capital requirements through an invoice financing facility,which is secured against trade debtors.
The Group's continued trading depends on its ability to remain within its borrowing facilities. The directors are of the opinion that the Group has adequate resources to continue its operations for the foreseeable future
The directors' commitment to further plant investment also illustrates the confidence held in regard to continuing operations.
For the reasons outlined above, the directors' view is that it is appropriate to continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the annual report and financial statements.
2.3. Valuation of investments
Investments in subsidiaries are measured at cost less accumulated impairment.
2.4. Finance costs
Finance costs are charged to the Statement of Income and Retained Earnings over the term of the debt using the effective interest method so that the amount charged is at a constant rate on the carrying amoint/ Issue costs are intialy recognised as a reduction in the proceeds of the associated capital instrument
2.5. Exemption from preparing consolidated financial statements
The Company, and the Group headed by it, qualify as small as set out in section 383 of the
Companies Act 2006 and the parent and Group are considered eligible for the exemption to prepare consolidated accounts.
