Turnover represents amounts receivable for IT consultancy and software development services supplied in the ordinary course of business, stated net of trade discounts. Revenue from the supply of services is recognized in the period in which the services are performed. Where services are provided on a time basis, revenue is recognized as the chargeable days or hours are worked at the rates agreed with the customer. Where services have been performed but not yet invoiced at the balance sheet date the amount is recognized as accrued income, and where amounts have been invoiced in advance of the services being performed they are carried forward as deferred income.
The accounts have been prepared on a going concern basis. At 31 December 2025 the company had net liabilities of GBP 157,475.
