The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The Directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

The average number of persons employed by the company in the period was 1.
Directors advances, credits and guarantees
During the period, advances totalling £29,400 were made to Henry Herring, a director of the company. Amounts totalling £22,819.72 were repaid or credited to the director’s loan account during the period. At 31 March 2026, £6,580.28 remained outstanding and was owed by the director to the company. The maximum amount outstanding during the period was £16,830. The balance was unsecured, interest-free and repayable on demand. The outstanding balance was subsequently cleared on 6 April 2026 by remuneration credited to the director’s loan account.
