1. General Information

Breaden Property Limited is a private company, limited by shares, incorporated in England & Wales, registered number 16542967 . The registered office is Unit 1-3 Flaxmill Maltings, Spring Gardens, Shrewsbury, Shropshire, SY1 2SZ.

2. Accounting Policies

2.1. Basis of Preparation of Financial Statements

The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 102 section 1A Small Entities "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" and the Companies Act 2006.

2.2. Tangible Fixed Assets and Depreciation

Tangible fixed assets are measured at cost less accumulated depreciation and any accumulated impairment losses. Depreciation is provided at rates calculated to write off the cost of the fixed assets, less their estimated residual value, over their expected useful lives on the following bases:

The director is of the view not to depreciate the freehold property as the value of the property remains the same throughout the period.

In common with other businesses of our size and nature we use our auditors to prepare and submit returns to the tax authorities and assist with the preparation of the financial statements.

The company's immediate and ultimate parent undertaking and that of the smallest and largest group for which group accounts are drawn up of which the company is a member is Breaden Capital Holdings Limited (incorporated in England & Wales). Its registered office is 3rd Floor, 20-22 Bedford Row, London WC1R 4EB.

Copies of the group accounts may be obtained from the company's registered office.

9. Audit Information

The auditor's report on the accounts of Breaden Property Limited for the period ended 31 December 2025 was unqualified.
