The company is a private company limited by shares and registered in England and Wales. It was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The Director acknowledges their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

The average number of persons employed by the company in the period was 0.
Additional Disclosures
The company ceased trading on 9 September 2026 and the director intends to apply for the company to be struck off the register at Companies House and dissolved. These financial statements have therefore not been prepared on a going concern basis. The company held no fixed assets at the balance sheet date and no write down of assets or provision for the costs of ceasing to trade was required as a result of adopting this basis. Subsequent to the balance sheet date the director agreed to accept the company's remaining cash balance in full and final settlement of the £550.78 owed to him on his loan account, waiving the balance of £168.46.
