3 Advances, credit and guarantees granted to the director
As of 31 July 2025, the company had advanced a loan to the director, Mr Finlay Ogilvie. The balance outstanding at the year-end was £25230.57p.The loan is unsecured, interest-free, and repayable on demand. Tax Disclosure:Since the year-end date, £25230.57p of this balance has been repaid to the company by way of a dividend declared in September 2026. This repayment occurred after the 9 month statutory deadline meaning Section 455 tax remains fully payable on this return. The underlying loan has been entirely cleared.

The company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies for the year ended 31 July 2025.
