The financial statements have been prepared on a basis other than that of a going concern.
On 5 August 2026, the company completed the sale of its only property asset. Following the disposal of this asset, the company has ceased trading and the directors intend to apply for the company to be wound up and voluntarily struck off the register.
Consequently, the financial statements have been prepared on a non-going concern basis. Assets have been valued at their net realisable values, and all long-term liabilities have been reclassified as current liabilities. Full provision has been made in these financial statements for the mortgage redemption penalty triggered by the subsequent property sale.
