Adaptibles CIC has spent the reporting period developing its neuroinclusive digital learning platform, adaptibles.com, ahead of public launch. Activities have included: Building and refining Ada, the platform's AI learning companion, including its compliance and response framework, tone, and conversational behaviour Designing the platform's accessibility architecture, including onboarding and preset support for six learner profiles e.g. ADHD, Autistic, AuDHD, related-but-undiagnosed, differently-abled, and no known profile. Producing a full suite of policy and legal documentation covering safeguarding, accessibility, AI use, privacy, and community guidelines Developing the course creation and instructor onboarding flow, including engagement with founding instructors who are contributing courses without charge Setting up core platform infrastructure e.g. payments, email, deployment Rebranding the company from Desables to Adaptibles, including a full brand identity refresh How these activities have benefited the community: The company's core purpose is to provide neurodivergent adults with accessible, tailored routes into learning and talent development that mainstream platforms don't design for. This year's work has been building the foundation for that: a platform with accessibility genuinely built into its structure (rather than bolted on), safeguarding and inclusion policies written specifically with neurodivergent users in mind, and a model where instructors with relevant lived or professional experience can create courses.
Neurodivergent adult learners (end users), founding instructors, the AI engineering contractor, Tees Valley, and potential partner organisations.
