At the start of the financial year there was a balance due from the director of £108,872. During the year, the company advanced a further £7,196 to the director resulting in a balance due at the end of the year of £116,068. Interest of 3.75% was charged on the loan and there is no fixed date for repayment. The balance is included in current assets (2025: Brought forward balance of £95,209, advances of £13,663, balance outstanding of £108,872 at the year end, interest charged at 2.25% and included in Current assets).

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the year in question in accordance with section 476.

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and in accordance with FRS 105 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime', and have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
