Basis of preparation

The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 105 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime'.

The financial statements are prepared in sterling which is the functional currency of the company and have been rounded to the nearest pound.

The average number of persons employed by the Company (including Directors) during the year, was 2 (2025 - 3).
