Prior-period error correction
During the year, the directors identified that the comparative financial information for the year ended 31 October 2024 contained a material error. Historic company expenditure, including insurance and cloud-services expenditure, had been paid personally by the director. The resulting amount due to the director had not been recognised as a liability in the prior-period financial statements.

In addition, the amount previously presented within current assets did not represent cash held by the company and was overstated by £14,281.
The comparative figures for the year ended 31 October 2024 have therefore been restated to recognise a director’s loan creditor of £14,281, remove £14,281 from current assets and recognise an accumulated loss of £14,281 within retained earnings. The company had no cash at bank at 31 October 2024.
Called-up share capital not paid of £1,000 and ordinary share capital of £1,000 are unaffected by this correction.
The correction changes the company’s reported position at 31 October 2024 from net assets of £15,281 to net liabilities of £13,281.
