1. Director's loan reconciles: £12,334 historic contributions less £475 (2023) less £1,100 (2024) plus £1,000 advanced in 2025 less £380 repaid in 2025 = £11,379.
2. The previous £110,700 IP/dataset valuation and £100,000 shareholder figure have not been carried forward. Share capital is shown at its £1,000 nominal issued amount.
3. The retained-loss balance is the balancing accumulated reserve implied by the verified closing bank, liabilities and share capital. Historical P&Ls do not fully reconcile to this reserve because earlier balance sheets/records contained valuation and classification errors.
• Loans received removed from turnover; principal repayments removed from operating expenses.
• 2023 £2,236 'loan' entries treated as use of previously contributed funds, not additional lending, per director clarification.
• 2024 fixed-cost total corrected to include the £35 'Other' expense; professional fees of £900 included.
• 2025 £1,000 loan receipt and £380 repayments moved to financing; corrected 2025 loss is £1,112.27.
• Previous £110,700 IP/dataset market valuation removed from the micro-entity balance sheet; £1,000 nominal share capital retained.
