Pally Technologies Inc: A SAFE note of £7,350 was entered into on 25 August 2025. The note entitles the company to receive equity in Pally Technologies Inc upon a future qualifying financing round, acquisition, or dissolution event. No interest accrues on the instrument. Accounting policy Current asset investments are measured at fair value through profit or loss where fair value is reliably measurable. Where fair value cannot be reliably determined, investments are carried at cost less impairment. The directors review carrying values at each balance sheet date for indicators of impairment. Both investee companies are incorporated in the United States of America; accordingly, the SAFE notes are denominated in US Dollars and translated to Sterling at the exchange rate prevailing at the date of each transaction. No material exchange differences arose during the year.
