Rock Rail NNW Parent Ltd is a private company limited by shares, incorporated, domiciled and registered in England and Wales. The address of the registered office is given in the Company information page of these financial statements.
The Company was dormant, within the meaning of section 480 of the Companies Act 2006, throughout the period ended 31 December 2025. This is the Company’s first period of account and therefore no comparative figures are presented. The Company did not trade during the period. During this period, the Company received no income and incurred no expenditure, and therefore made neither a profit nor a loss.
The financial statements are presented in euros, which is the functional currency of the Company, and are rounded to the nearest €1.

2.Accounting policies
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention unless otherwise specified within these accounting policies and in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 102, the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and the Republic of Ireland and the Companies Act 2006. The disclosure requirements of Section 1A of FRS 102 have been applied other than where additional disclosure is required to show a true and fair view.
The immediate parent company is Rock Rail NNW Management Ltd, a company incorporated in England. The registered office address of Rock Rail NNW Management Ltd is Capital Tower, 91 Waterloo Road, London, United Kingdom, SE1 8RT. The results of this company are included in the consolidated financial statements of Rock Rail Holdings Limited, the ultimate parent company.
