STATEMENTS

1. For the year ending 30 June 2025 the company was entitled to exemption under section 480 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to dormant companies.
2. The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
3. The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
4. These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

NOTES

We have reviewed the company's activity for the accounting period. The company has received no income or incurred expenditure beneficially on its ownaccount. All service-charge and reserve-fund transactions, including interest arising thereon, are held in the company's capacity as trustee pursuant to section 42 Landlord and Tenant Act 1987 and are accounted for separately from the company's statutory accounts. On this basis, the company is considered dormant forCompanies House purposes.
