For the year ending 31 December 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies. The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies' regime and in accordance with the provisions of FRS 102 Section 1A - Small Entities. The profit and loss account has not been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.

Compliance with accounting standards
The accounts have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of FRS 102 Section 1A Small Entities. There were no material departures from that standard.
The principal accounting policies adopted in the preparation of the financial statements are set out below and have remained unchanged from the previous year, and also have been consistently applied within the same accounts.
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention.
The accounts are presented in £ sterling.
Tangible fixed assets and depreciation
Tangible assets are included at cost less depreciation and impairment. Depreciation has been provided at the following rates in order to write off the assets over their estimated useful lives:

Legacy contract work in progress
The company holds a legacy work in progress balance relating to a historic contract which was interrupted following changes in the contracting arrangements for the underlying project. Certain project-specific work and costs remained capable of being utilised when the works subsequently recommenced under a replacement contracting arrangement.
During the year, management reviewed the recoverability of the legacy balance in light of the recommencement of the project. Due to the age of the balance and the limited availability of detailed contemporaneous records, management has estimated the proportion recovered during the current period. Accordingly, £42,042 has been recognised during the year, with the remaining balance expected to be recovered as the related project works continue.

Transactions with related parties
On 22 December 2025, Keilia Holdings Ltd became the company’s immediate parent undertaking as part of a group reorganisation. At 31 December 2025, an amount of £49,747 was due from Keilia Holdings Ltd and is included within debtors falling due after more than one year.
On 22 December 2025, Keilia Holdings Ltd became the immediate parent undertaking of Link Energy Services Ltd as part of a group reorganisation.
Keilia Holdings Ltd is owned equally by Wilottiva Ltd and Alvina Global Ltd, which are ultimately owned by Liam Potter and Keith Evans respectively. Accordingly, no single party has ultimate control of the company.
