Our Neighbourhood have run 3 grant funded projects throughout this year, benefitting our local community. 1. Leaf Hall Community Kitchen- helping 60 residents referred to us for help with food- with a team of local volunteers preparing and cooking 220 healthy dinners weekly, giving each referred person 2 main courses and a homemade soup as take aways, plus providing a free lunch. We extended the project this year to also offering additional 121's to support clients, and signpost them to other services. 2. Flourish & Thrive- we offered wrap around support for female survivors of domestic abuse, with weekly activity sessions, 121's, telephone support, and free food for them and their children fromLeaf Hall Community Kitchen 3. Ukrainian support- we provided a support and translation service to Ukrainians living in our area.
