Software Licensing and Subscriptions: Turnover from software licensing and recurring platform subscriptions (including SnapLine and ATLAS) is recognised on a straight-line basis over the period of the subscription or license agreement. Any amounts invoiced in advance of the service period are deferred and included within creditors as deferred income.

Deferred tax assets, including those arising from unutilised tax losses, are recognised only to the extent that it is probable that they will be recovered against future taxable profits. Deferred tax balances are not discounted.
