3 Prior Period Adjustment

The accounts originally filed at Companies House for the period ended
31 August 2024 (filed 19 May 2025) showed called-up share capital, fixed
assets, current assets, creditors and net assets all at £nil, which did
not reflect the company's actual trading activity for that period. The
comparative figures presented in these accounts have been restated to
show the company's true financial position for the period ended 31 August
2024: net assets of £158.72, comprising an intangible trademark asset,
cash at bank, share capital and a capital contribution reserve, after a
trading loss of £130.47 for that period.

Given the low volume and value of transactions involved, the director
has elected not to formally re-file amended accounts for the prior period
under section 454 of the Companies Act 2006, and this note discloses the
correction for transparency instead. The originally filed accounts for
the period ended 31 August 2024 therefore remain on the public record at
Companies House showing £nil throughout, and do not agree with the
restated comparative figures shown in this filing.
