Additional information
Business Review The Directors present their report and the financial statements for the year ended 28 February 2026, covering the period from 1 March 2025 to 28 February 2026. During the year under review, the Company generated turnover of £2,383.60. The Company recorded a loss for the year of (£1,718.05). The Directors acknowledge that the primary driver of this loss was the continued licence and platform costs payable to Videotile for the Company's online course delivery platform, which represented a fixed overhead commitment necessary to maintain the Company's operational capability and course offering. The shortfall was funded by way of Directors' loans, ensuring the Company was able to meet its financial obligations throughout the year without external borrowing. Market Conditions The Directors note that the training and e-learning marketplace remained highly competitive during the financial year. Competitive pricing pressures within the sector did not allow the Company to increase its profit margins to the level the Directors would have wished. The Directors continue to monitor market conditions closely and are actively exploring strategies to grow revenue and improve profitability in the coming financial year. Financial Position The Directors are satisfied that, notwithstanding the loss recorded in the year, the Company remains a going concern. The Directors' loans in place provide a stable financial foundation, and the Directors remain committed to the long-term development and growth of the business. Future Outlook The Directors are focused on building the Company's profile within Hampshire and the wider business community, expanding the range of accredited courses available, and increasing the number of learners enrolled on the platform. The Directors believe that the foundations laid during this financial year position the Company well for future growth. Dividends The Directors do not recommend the payment of a dividend in respect of the year ended 28 February 2026. Small Companies Exemption This report has been prepared in accordance with the special provisions relating to small companies within Part 15 of the Companies Act 2006. In accordance with Section 415A of the Companies Act 2006, the Directors' Report for a small company need not include a business review.
