Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 105, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime.
Restatement of comparative figures
The comparative figures at 31 March 2025 have been restated to correct the presentation of amounts previously recorded as owner funds introduced and drawings, allocating them to the appropriate intercompany and directors' loan accounts, and to recognise £100 of paid-up share capital and the corresponding cash.
Current assets have increased from £15,690 to £15,790 and creditors falling due within one year have increased from £18,001 to £29,504. Consequently, net assets of £162 previously reported have been restated as net liabilities of £11,241, with a corresponding adjustment to capital and reserves. These corrections do not change the loss for the financial year ended 31 March 2025.
