Financial commitments not included in the balance sheet: at 31 December 2025 the company was committed to future rent payable under rent-to-rent agreements totalling GBP 11,725, being 4 Park Cross Street, Leeds (5 months at GBP 1,865 per month, 12-month lease from 29 May 2025) and 21 Centenary House, Leeds (2 months at GBP 1,200 per month). The company had given no guarantees and had no other contingent liabilities.
