1 Statutory information
The Shelf Ltd is a private company, limited by shares, registered in England and Wales, registration number 16140089. The registered office is 66 Lavender Hill, International House, London, SW11 5RQ, United Kingdom.
2 Director's advances, credit and guarantees
During the year, the company was in receipt of loans from its directors. The loans are unsecured, interest-free and repayable on demand. At the balance sheet date, the amount owed by the company to its director was £27,875 as on 31st December 2025.
3 Average number of employees
During the period the average number of employees was 0.
For the period ending 31 December 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies. The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
