The company has been set up to aid the youth community of our town, Banbury, through various clubs and services. The company became active in January 2025 and these accounts represent its first period of activity. During this period, the company’s activities have benefited the community in the following ways: - A youth club has been established, to provide safe and social places to those in need of somewhere to spend their time outside of school. - Various volunteers have approached us for support in setting up clubs and societies, such as ‘Girls Empowering Girls’, a pool club and an art club. These clubs are all now thriving with small social communities, bringing people together. - Regular recreation activities such as baking and dodgeball have been offered to the community, helping provide positive experiences and social opportunities to those that need or want them, with a particular emphasis on the periods when children are out of school.
The company’s stakeholders are the residents of Banbury, particularly the teenage youth and their parents/guardians. The director and trustees have all lived in Banbury for many years, with the majority growing up here, and thus have strong ties to the local community. Periodically we ask for feedback from those who attend the events and services we provide, as well as those we collaborate with, whether this is in the form of a testimonial or general feedback, and we have also conducted a questionnaire for those who attend our youth club. The questionnaire was to gauge how well our services were being provided, as well as to see which aspects of the youth club were most beneficial, and to see if there were any recommended improvements or additions they would like to see. From this, we found that one of the main reasons people were attending the youth club was because it was a safe and social place that they could relax in comfort. We have found this questionnaire very useful and will be implementing more like this to continue to improve our services.
The aggregate amount of emoluments paid to or receivable by directors in respect of qualifying services was £9,003. There were no other transactions or arrangements in connection with the remuneration of directors, or compensation for director’s loss of office, which require to be disclosed.
No transfer of assets other than for full consideration
