COMMUNITY INTEREST ANNUAL REPORT

JUNIOR PEER SUPPORT CIC

Company Number: 16211122 (England and Wales)

Year Ending: 31 January 2026

Company activities and impact

During this first financial period, the CIC focused primarily on essential operational setup, foundational activities and establishing it’s legal and financial infrastructure activity was deliberately limited to three initial transactions, which included securing our core bank account and addressing initial administrative formation tasks. While we did not launch public-facing delivery of activities this year, this period of low transaction volume was vital for establishing a stable platform. This setup ensures the company is fully prepared to sustainably deliver its community purpose and launch its core projects in the upcoming financial year.

Consultation with stakeholders

As the company was in its initial setup phase with minimal transactions, formal stakeholder consultations were kept brief. The Directors held preliminary discussions with local community representatives and prospective beneficiaries to map out local needs and refine our future project delivery plans. We intend to establish more formal, structured stakeholder consultation feedback loops as our public-facing activities roll out over the next year.

Directors' remuneration

No remuneration was received

Transfer of assets

No transfer of assets other than for full consideration
