Director's advances, credits and guarantees
Included within other creditors is a loan from the director totalling £306 on which no interest is charged. The loan is repayable in full or in part on demand. Dividends totalling £Nil were paid in the period in respect of shares held by the company's director.
For the period ending 30 June 2026 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
Director's responsibilities:
