Basis of preparation |

The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 102, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland (as applied to small entities by section 1A of the standard) and the Statement of Recommended Practice (SORP), Accounting by Limited Liability Partnerships. |

Revenue represents any distributions received from Soho Square Carry II LP which is an investor in Soho Square Capital II LP. When Soho Square Carry II LP receives distributions from the Soho Square Capital II LP, 0.001% should be distributed to Soho Square Carry II LP and the balance to the Founder Partners of Soho Square Carry II LP. For the year ended 31 December 2025 the LLP received no distributions from Soho Square Carry II LP. |
