3 Advances, credit and guarantees granted to directors
During the year, the company made advances to two directors totalling £67,287, including £1,574 of interest charged at the HMRC official rate. The directors made repayments, including dividends credited to their loan accounts, totalling £53,368 during the year. At the balance sheet date, the combined amount due from these directors was £48,758 (2025: £34,838). Amounts of £8,793 were also due from each of two other directors at the beginning and end of the year. No interest was charged on these balances as the amount due from each director did not exceed £10,000 during the relevant tax year. At the balance sheet date, the total amount due from the directors was £66,344 (2025: £52,424)



The company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies for the year ended 31 January 2026.
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
