The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and FRS 105, and have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime. The profit and loss account has not been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.

The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 105, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime. The accounts are presented in pounds sterling, rounded to the nearest pound.

2. Average number of employees

The average number of persons employed by the company during the year was 0 (2025: 0).

3. Directors' advances, credits and guarantees

There were no advances, credits or guarantees granted to the directors.

4. Off-balance-sheet arrangements

There were no material off-balance-sheet arrangements.
