Compliance with accounting standards
The accounts have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of FRS 102 Section 1A Small Entities. There were no material departures from that standard.
The principal accounting policies adopted in the preparation of the financial statements are set out below and have remained unchanged from the previous year, and also have been consistently applied within the same accounts.
The company ceased to trade on 5 April 2025 and the director intends to apply for the company to be struck off the register. The accounts have therefore not been prepared on a going concern basis. Assets have been reviewed and measured at the lower of their carrying amount and net realisable value. Depreciation has continued to be charged to the balance sheet date in accordance with the company's stated policy. The net realisable value of the company's remaining asset exceeds its carrying value, so no further measurement adjustment is required. No provision for closure costs has been made as none are expected to arise. The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention.
The accounts are presented in £ sterling.
