1 Statutory information
Miller Electrical (North West) Ltd is a private company, limited by shares, registered in England and Wales, registration number 11793614. The registered office is East Clyne, Fferm Bach Road, Llandudno, Conwy, LL30 1UA, Wales.
2 Director's advances, credit and guarantees
During the year the company made an advance to the directors totalling £11,085. This advance is repayable on demand and is subject to interest at the HMRC published official rate of interest. The balance outstanding as at 31st January 2026 was £11,085 (2025 - £16,894) and is included in current assets.
3 Guarantees and other financial commitments
The total amount of financial commitments that are not included in the balance sheet is £13,869 (2025 - £17,625).

For the year ending 31 January 2026 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies. The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The director acknowledges his responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and FRS 105, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime. The accounts have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime. The profit and loss account has not been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
