1 Statutory information
Velisha London Ltd is a private company, limited by shares, registered in England and Wales, registration number 12323333. The registered office is Unit A 82 James Carter Road, Mildenhall, Bury St. Edmunds, IP28 7DE, England.
2 Director's advances, credit and guarantees
Included within creditors is an amount of £714 (2024: £nil) which is owed by the Company to the Director. Interest is not payable on this amount and there is no fixed date for repayment.
3 Average number of employees
During the year the average number of employees was 0 (2024: 1).
For the year ending 30 November 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies. The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
