There were no employees in the company during the year apart from the directors.

Mr Christopher Gordon resigned as a director of the company in 2021

At the time of his resignation, Mr Gordon was involved in separate ongoing proceedings disputes and other matters concerning another company with which he was connected. Mr Gordon had been advised at that time that actions being taken against him were connected with those separate matters. Those circumstances were a material factor in his decision to resign as a director.

Following his resignation, Mr Gordon ceased to have responsibility for the management or control of the company.

Certain matters relating to the company’s historic affairs remain under review and are connected with wider ongoing disputes and matters. The ultimate outcome of those matters cannot presently be determined.

These financial statements have therefore been prepared on the basis of the information presently available to the company. The directors will keep the position under review and, should further information become available or the related proceedings be determined, any necessary accounting treatment or disclosure will be considered at that time.

For the year ended 28 February 2026 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the year in question in accordance with section 476.

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and in accordance with FRS 105 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime', and have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
