3 Advances, credit and guarantees granted to directors
The company had an outstanding directors loan in the name of Mr W Irving of £172,299 at the year end. This is included in current assets. Interest is payable on the loan at the HMRC official rate. The loan was repaid in April 2026.
4 Related party transactions
During the year the company paid the following dividends to the directors of the company: Mr C Robson £262,504 in respect of ordinary shares (2024 - £72,254). Mr W Irving £131,252 in respect of ordinary shares (2024 - £36,127).

The company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies for the year ended 31 December 2025.
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
