Company Number: 11029596 (England and Wales)

Year Ending: 22 January 2026

Company activities and impact

During the last financial year, TAP Project C.I.C. continued its work supporting communities across Greater Manchester and beyond. The Company launched -Ground to Mouth- a food-growing initiative teaching participants how to grow and sustain their own food using environmentally friendly methods, building practical skills, promoting food security, and encouraging sustainable living within the community. The Company also delivered a heritage and digitisation project, digitising and preserving oral histories and archival material documenting the lived experience of diaspora communities in Greater Manchester. This project has now been completed, helping to safeguard this heritage for future generations and increase public access to it. In addition, the Company developed a detailed pilot programme combining functional fitness and music production sessions, designed to give participants structured, creative, and physical outlets to support wellbeing and personal development. This programme is due to launch in the coming year. Through this combination of direct community activity, completed heritage preservation work, and continued programme development, TAP Project C.I.C. has delivered tangible benefit to the community while building the foundations for further growth in the year ahead.

Consultation with stakeholders

Stakeholders were consulted through surveys and meetings held during the year, gathering feedback on the Company's activities and their impact on participants and the wider community.
