During the financial year, the company continued to publish its blog, providing regular information about ADHD, lived experience and relevant news and developments. The ADHD and Me podcast also operated during part of the year, sharing information and personal perspectives about living with ADHD on a day-to-day basis. The podcast took a six-month hiatus during the year. Alongside its existing activities, the company spent time developing a new online educational course and accompanying reflective workbook. These resources were designed to provide a holistic exploration of living with ADHD, both for people with ADHD and for those wishing to better understand and support people with the condition. The company's activities benefited the community by providing accessible information and lived-experience perspectives, increasing understanding of ADHD, challenging misconceptions and developing further educational resources for the ADHD community and those who support them.
