During its first financial year, Mental Wellbeing Network CIC focused primarily on establishing its community presence and providing free activities and wellbeing support rather than generating trading income. During the financial year, the company’s activities benefited the community in the following ways: * Free wellbeing and personal development workshops were delivered to members of the community, providing accessible information, support and practical tools to improve mental and emotional wellbeing. * Community events and social activities were organised through Sisters Sanctuary, creating opportunities for women to meet others, build friendships and reduce social isolation and loneliness. * Activities provided safe and welcoming spaces where individuals could connect with others and access informal wellbeing support without financial barriers. * The company promoted greater awareness and understanding of mental health and emotional wellbeing within the communities it engaged with. * Community engagement helped identify local wellbeing needs and supported the development of future counselling, workshop and outreach services. * All activities during this period were provided free of charge or without generating trading income, reflecting the company’s early-stage focus on community benefit, engagement and development.
