Basis of preparation

The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 105 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime'.

The presentational currency of these financial statements is £ sterling & the level of rounding is to the nearest £1.

2	Staff numbers

The average number of persons employed by the company (including directors) during the year, was 2 (2024 - 3).

3	Related party transactions

Transactions with director
The director operates a loan account. This loan is interest free and has no fixed repayment period. At the balance sheet date, the amount due from the director was £9,221 (2024 - £7,577). Amounts advanced to the director during the year totalled £6,444 (2024 - £3,042). Amounts repaid by the director in the year totalled £4,800 (2024 - £8,368).

For the financial year ending 30 September 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

Directors' responsibilities:

•	The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its accounts for the year in question in accordance with section 476; and
•	The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime. As permitted by section 444 (5A) of the Companies Act 2006, the directors have not delivered to the registrar a copy of the Profit and Loss Account.
