In accordance with FRED 50 the company does not recognise the cash balance arising from service charges received on the Balance Sheet because it is held in statutory trust.  The cash balance held as at the 31 December 2025 amounts to £981 (2024: £968).

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
