COMMUNITY INTEREST ANNUAL REPORT

INCLUSIVE ARTS COLLECTIVE COMMUNITY INTEREST COMPANY

Company Number: 15714211 (England and Wales)

Year Ending: 30 April 2026

Company activities and impact

During the financial year, Inclusive Arts Collective CIC delivered The Arts Lab, an inclusive creative programme for neurodivergent children and young people aged 9–15 in Waltham Forest. We ran four workshop groups and worked with approximately 70 children and young people, supported by a team of eight arts facilitators and three volunteers. The programme provided accessible creative activities designed to develop artistic skills, confidence, self-expression, social interaction and wellbeing. We also supported parents and families through our Wellbeing team, providing opportunities for support, participation and community connection. We worked closely with CAMHS Waltham Forest, which referred approximately 80% of our participants, as well as around seven local schools. During the year, we also produced two books about neurodivergence, which are used as educational resources to support workshops and engagement with local schools. Our activities provided inclusive opportunities for children who may experience barriers to participating in conventional arts and extracurricular activities, while also supporting their families and strengthening connections with local services and schools.

Consultation with stakeholders

Our main stakeholders are the children and young people participating in our programmes, their parents and families, CAMHS Waltham Forest, local schools, arts facilitators and volunteers. We regularly collect informal and direct feedback from children and families during workshops, as well as feedback from parents through our Wellbeing team. We also maintain communication with CAMHS and local schools regarding referrals and the needs of participating children. Feedback has been used to adapt activities, provide more appropriate support, improve the accessibility of workshops and develop activities around the interests and needs of the children and families.

Directors' remuneration

No remuneration was paid to the directors in respect of their duties as directors. During the year, the directors received £24,000 for the delivery of workshops and associated project activities, which was treated by the company as freelance services.

Transfer of assets

No transfer of assets other than for full consideration
