COMMUNITY INTEREST ANNUAL REPORT

SHE TALKS CIC

Company Number: 16134775 (England and Wales)

Year Ending: 31 December 2025

Company activities and impact

During the financial year, She Talks CIC was primarily in its initial setup and development stage and therefore undertook only limited operational activity. The company did not receive any income during the financial year and did not carry out any significant income-generating or funded community activities. The main activities undertaken during the period related to establishing the CIC, completing initial administrative requirements, planning its future activities and putting the necessary arrangements in place to enable the company to pursue its community interest objectives. As the company remained largely dormant while these preparations were being undertaken, there was limited direct community impact during the financial year. However, the preparatory work was necessary to establish an appropriate foundation from which She Talks CIC can develop and deliver activities for the benefit of its intended community in future periods.

Consultation with stakeholders

During the financial year, She Talks CIC was primarily in its initial setup and development stage and had not yet commenced significant community activities. As a result, no formal stakeholder consultation exercises were undertaken during the period. The director held informal discussions and considered the needs and interests of the community that She Talks CIC intends to support. These discussions and observations helped inform the initial planning and development of the CIC and its proposed future activities.
